As a learner with Central Training Group, we will offer confidential and impartial support
throughout your learning journey to help you achieve your goals.

Getting InYou will have an interview before starting with us to consider what
training might be suitable for you and how it can help you. We will
tell you all about the support you’ll get from us. You will then need to
do an Initial Assessment and if necessary diagnostic tests to see if you
need any additional support before starting your programme.
You will have a discussion with your Training Consultant/Tutor to
develop a plan of how you will achieve you learning goals, this is
known as an Individual Learning Plan.
Finally, you will be given comprehensive information when you start
a programme with us; this session is known as your induction.

Getting OnAt regular intervals throughout your programme, you will meet with
your Training Consultant/Tutor to talk about how you are getting on.
This process is known as a learner review. These discussions will
ensure that you get the help you need to identify any barriers that may
affect your learning and provide you with opportunities to ask
questions and give your views on your programme.

Moving OnTowards the end of your programme you and your Training
Consultant/tutor will review your learning experience and discuss how
you might use the skills and knowledge you’ve gained. This is known
as an exit/progression interview. You will receive more information at
this point about other options and help to plan your next steps.
