Pads and Abs
Pads and Abs is a boxing themed workout using gloves and pads to strengthen and tone the upper and lower body. The session focuses on the abdominal and lower back areas for maximum toning.
Body Circuit
Body Circuit is full body fitness, definition, fun, fast paced and utilises every single muscle in the body. It is great for increasing your metabolism and fitness so calorie burning is much more effective.
Return to Squash/Intro to Racketball
This is for anyone wanting to get back into squash. The sessions are taken by an advanced squash coach so there is plenty to learn from a professional.
