Central Training is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Learners will receive guidance on Safeguarding & Best Practice as part of their training programme induction. This will raise awareness of issues related to the wider safeguarding agenda and will provide learners with a basic knowledge and understanding of protecting themselves and other young people from harm or abuse.

Central Training is committed to the welfare of all learners and recognises that a number of personal problems may arise during their time on their programme and beyond. These issues may be in relation to sexual health, drug and alcohol abuse, gambling problems, financial issues or simply adjusting to the workload.

We are dedicated to learner wellbeing and we would encourage learners and employers to contact a member of staff with any concerns.
